Gentry’s Catering, LLC has provided the food for hundreds of wedding receptions over the past 20 years. Making the reception an enjoyable and tasteful part of this special day for the bride and groom is a pleasure for Gentry and his staff. They can provide light, medium or heavy hors d’oeuvres for a casual, semi-formal or formal reception. They can also provide a full buffet service for a meal for any number of guests from 75 to 2,500. From formal and elegant to casual and relaxed, Gentry and his staff will work with you to tailor the service and menu to your specifications.

Naturally, the price of the reception depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the reception, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with the client and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price would be quoted. We do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible.

To ensure personal attention to your reception, the practice at Gentry’s Catering, LLC for over 20 years has been to meet personally with the bride and groom, the family and the wedding coordinator (or any combination of these) to discuss the type of reception, the menu, the service required, location, prices, etc. We are always happy to meet with you, at our office or “on-site”, to discuss details and/or modifications to any proposal. Your satisfaction with the menu selections, food and service is our goal.
